Listing Editor.This area allows you to edit your real estate web site to keep it fresh. After you entered in the listings information, click "save" to instantly update your listing. Keep your visitors and possible customers informed.

Search. The feature allows site visitors to easily find the home they're looking for. A user specifies the search criteria for the property item, he is interested in and get immediate results. The iState search area enables three types of search: simple, quick and advanced.

Search Results. The feature enables easy finding of the property item, a visitor is looking for. As soon as a customerenters all the criteria, which he needs for his/her home, he/she clicks "search". The program mmediately displays all the matching results.

Listing Browser. This area allows a property owner to view all the listings. He/she can easily
update/delete/add/modify the listings, which require changes.

Availibility calendar. The feature allows you to keep your visitors updated as for the property item availability at the moment. Using a check box, a property owner marks the day, which is already occupied. By clicking availability calendar, site visitors will see whether the home they choose is available for a certain period or not.

Edit User Plans. This feature of the iState allows an owner to compose the certain subscription user plans. A site owner can specify the set of features, available for a user, depending on the plan, he/she subscribes to.

Reports. The area is meant for web site activity tracking. A site owner can view variuos types of reports, for instance: newly registered users, expired accounts, payment statistics, total amount of users, most popular property items and even more.
