How
long has iState been available on the market?
iState was first presented in 2003 as a searchable database for different kinds
of listings. Then we added the specific functionality so that it could be perfectly
suitable for property or vacation rental business. From that moment on, it has
been constantly added with new features. Due to our customers’ comments
and suggestions, we have succeeded in making iState powerful and bug-free product
for online property management.
Do
I need to have computer knowledge to
use iState?
If you feel you might need additional training from our side, our consultant
will gladly help you to master it. So far, we have one customer out of 30 who
needs some training. Normally, users do not have any problems with it and find
the program easy-to-use and intuitively understandable.
How
can I track my site activities/ statistics?
iState includes several kinds of Reports: New Owners, Expired Owners, Customer
Payments. They are available right on the web site in the administration panel.
You may also print the reports. “Rental History” area allows you
or your site members to check out the property rental history from the moment
the property was registered.
How
can I charge the members of my site for
vacation rental listings?
You may charge your owners for membership, for including their property into
the “Featured Property” column, for additional photo adding, for
movie adding, etc.
Other ideas are welcomed.
How
many photos and movies can I upload?
In general, iState allows you to upload unlimited number of photos and movies.
This can be modified to the number you need. The only limitation is the disk
space of your pc or server.
Can
I access and update my iState listings
from my computer at home?
Yes, you can access and update your listings from any computer in the world;
all you need is to be connected to the internet and your valid personal password.
Do
you have a demo version?
Yes, we have an online demo available. If you would like to test the iState

Do you
offer technical support for iState?
Yes, we provide 1 month of free
technical support for iState.
What
if I'm having trouble installing it?
Setting it up?
We offer a free complimentary installation. We ask that you
attempt to install the software first, however, if you are
having trouble installing it just contact
us and we'll install
it for you.
Will
you be adding any new features in the
future?
Yes, the software will continually
be updated with new features based on our
customers’ suggestions and comments.
When a new feature is added, we send out
a newsletter to you so that you can decide
if you need it on your website. If yes,
we will update the product version you
have for free. In this way we thank you
for being our valued customer.
What are the
minimum system requirements for iState?
iState runs on WinNT 4.x,Windows2000,WinXP,Windows2003. You
also need to have MS SQL, IIS, ASP.
How many
properties can I track in iState?
Unlike some property management software products, iState
does not limit you to a pre-defined number of properties
(or reservations) that can be entered into the system. You
just need to be sure you have enough amount of available
disk space on your server or PC.
